Abstract

Sanctiunile pentru ilegalitatea actelor administrative, impuse initial de catre doctrina si jurisprudenta, si apoi reglementate chiar de lege, sunt: nulitatea relativa, nulitatea absoluta si inexistenta actului. Existenta acestor categorii de sanctiuni prezinta relevanta pentru sistemul de drept, si în special pentru dreptul privat, si în acelasi timp reprezinta un subiect de disputa pentru doctrina si jurisprudenta, din trecut si pâna în prezent
