Abstract

Articolul de fata prezinta evolutia sferei culturale la nivel european intr-o prima faza, marcata de lipsa unei baze juridice în Tratatul de la Roma (1957) si ulterior în Actul unic european (1986). Aceasta analiza înregistreaza în aceasta prima faza doua etape, o prima etapa marcata în special de o serie de esecuri, pentru ca a doua etapa sa se remarce printr-un numar de realizari, acestea din urma facilitând astfel adoptarea în Tratatul de la Maastricht (1992) a art. 128 cu privire la domeniul cultural
