Abstract

The advancement of information and communication technologies, offers the training sector the promise that the latest generation of network applications will induce qualitative changes in education and training. In the present European context, Romania plans the strategically goals assumed in the process of integration to became reality an established strategic goals for the transition to a competitive and dynamic economy, to a high quality educational system, based on need to assuring the independence and autonomy context and ensure that higher education and research systems.
