Abstract

Dans cette oeuvre se présente quelques notions significatives aux processus de contrôle managerielle, parce que bien que de point de vue téoretique se bien faire connaitre quoi représente la fonction de contrôle et quoi présume la processus de contrôle, le plus bien dans la practique, n’on s’accorde pas l’attention comme il sied de cet processus. A cette cause, les firmes enregistrées des médiocres résultats, sans perfomances et avec l’efficience baissées. L’économie de marche réclame des certaines changements dans l’exercices de fonction de contrôle qu’il fant d’être plus flexibles, plus adaptive, sans perdre tout fois la rigonrensement.
