Los trabajadores de los servicios intensivos en conocimiento en Argentina y México, 2010-2017: Un análisis comparativo de indicadores laborales

Abstract

El presente trabajo tiene como objetivo mostrar indicadores laborales en un grupo de activida-des llamado servicios intensivos en conocimiento que incluye la administración, salud, educación, finanzas, artes, informática, etc. Por su especialización, son prestados por personal capacitado y son fuente de alto valor agregado, a pesar de su importancia faltan estudios que revelen las condiciones de esos trabajadores del conocimiento. Se realiza un estudio exploratorio, descriptivo y comparativo entre Argentina y México ya que poseen un sector de servicios importante. Se encontró que los trabajadores de ese grupo de servicios especializados tienen una mayor presencia en Argentina, así como mejores condiciones en cuanto a salario, jornada laboral e igualdad de género.
