Desarticulación productiva y desarrollo industrial en el Perú

Abstract

La vulnerabilidad de la industria peruana a la evolución del sector externo y a los condicionamientos de la política económica, expresada en las fuertes fluctuaciones cíclicas del producto industrial, plantea diversas interrogantes dirigidas a descubrir en la estructura productiva la explicación de esta vulnerabilidad. Entre los rasgos característicos de dicha estructura destacan su dependencia del exterior, su heterogeneidad tecnológica y productiva, y su desarticulación interna. En este trabajo nos proponemos analizar el último de estos rasgos, el referido a la desarticulación, en el intento de contribuir a la mejor comprensión de los problemas estructurales que bloquean el crecimiento y el desarrollo del país.
