Factores que posibilitan el éxito financiero de las pequeñas empresas en el Perú

Abstract

Las pequeñas empresas tienen éxito en la medida en que saben coordinar los factores relevantes al logro de sus fines. Se ha podido corroborar, a partir de diez casos estudiados a profundidad, que los principales factores son los rasgos personales del fundador de la pequeña empresa, los valores con los cuales se maneja y su disponibilidad de recursos financieros.
