Abstract

Starting from a systemic approach of supply chain, our research intended to identify the synergies between the logistics functions and their role in reducing costs and achieving the competitive advantage. By creating partnerships at the level of supply chain, we could foresee a premise of the global cost reducing, without ignoring the customers’ satisfaction. For this goal, we elaborated a conceptual model for the analysis of supply chain performance hoping that the results of our research would open the way for future studies in the operational field.
