Abstract

For the analysis of structure will take into account, the need The need for short-term financing but also for long-term financing. It will be identified the finding sources and recomend financial structure including in the analysis of grafics on the evoluton of economic structure on a reference period for the purpose of the funding. In order to reduce credit risk, equity analysis is recommended togeter with any loans from shareholder equity firm as well as analysis, that come to give answer to the question:- Choosing a funding strategy-offensive or defensive based loans on cash flow?
