Abstract

Court of Justice of the European Union, Husqvarna AB v Lidl Digital International GmbH & Co. KG, C-607/19, 17 December 2020 ECLI:EU:C:2020:1044In case of a counterclaim for revocation of an EU trade mark, the relevant date for assessing the five-year period of use is the date on which the counterclaim was filed.
