Abstract

Danish Maritime and Commercial Court (Sø-og Handelsret), K.H. Würtz v/Kasper Heie Würtz v. F&H and Christain Bitz, Case number BS 1370/2016-SHR, 25 March 2020; and Court of Appeal of Eastern Denmark (Østre Landsret) F&H and Christain Bitz v.K.H. Würtz v/Kasper Heie Würtz Case Number BS - 1594/2020-OLR, 27 May 2021The Danish Maritime Court and the High Court clarified the meaning of Article 2 of the Danish Copyright Act concerning exculsive rights of authors.
