The costs of AIDS to three manufacturing firms in Côte d'Ivoire

Abstract

In this study the economic consequences of HIV/AIDS are assessed for three firms in Abidjan. The paper investigates the direct and indirect costs incurred by the firms and discusses the way in which they have adjusted to the epidemic.
