Abstract

It is a fact that the Republic of Croatia, due to objective as well as subjective reasons, has a permanently lower rate of development compared to the countries that lead the global economy. Therefore it would be beneficial to conduct a research to determine a current level of acceptance of e-Commerce among the consumers in Croatia, as well as their willingness to paticipate in the CRM systems and their understanding of CMR principles and benefi ts which they could have by implementation of such systems in e-Commerce. Such research may be used as the cornerstone for building an e-Commerce in the Republic of Croatia similar to the e-Commerces based on the CMR potentials already existing in the well-developed global markets,.
