Role Of The Knowledge Management In The Performance Of Business Cluster In Domestic And International Market

Abstract

Business clusters are establishing for the purpose of small and middle enterprises performance together in domestic and international market. This work is contemplated about the knowledge as key success factor of business clusters in the market, and knowledge management as cluster management function that organize, coordinate, realize and control activities of settlement the knowledge needed for collaboration in the cluster and performance of the business cluster in domestic and international market, and growth of cluster based on new values creating in cooperative projects and cluster products realization. Organization knowledge structure and performance design as knowledge conversion process and spiral growth of knowledge in cluster are analysed. Extraordinarily discussed basic assignments and a role of the knowledge management and knowledge production, distribution and applying processes into design and realization of the performance of cluster in market and cluster growth strategy fulfilment. On this base are derived requirements for cluster knowledge management system as part of cluster logistics.
