L'évaluation des activités d'enseignement et de recherche – trouver le juste équilibre

Abstract

Depuis 1990, l’activité de recherche et d’enseignement du personnel universitaire fait l’objet d’évaluations périodiques dans les universités espagnoles. Les évaluations se pratiquent à l’échelon national, régional et à l’échelon de l’établissement. L’organisation est chaque fois différente et traduit l’importance accordée à chacune des activités. Dans la plupart des cas, une évaluation positive est associée à des augmentations de salaire ou à l’octroi d’avantages.Dans cet article, nous analysons le système d’évaluation des activités de recherche et d’enseignement et nous voyons dans quelle mesure il tend à promouvoir l’activité de recherche, avec pour conséquence une dévalorisation de l’activité d’enseignement.
