Abstract

Cet article étudie quatre sujets intimement liés : l’accès et l’équité, le rôle et la légitimité du secteur privé émergent soumis aux lois du marché dans l’enseignement supérieur, les relations entre la réforme des services publics en général et le changement au sein de l’enseignement supérieur privé et public, et l’entrepreneuriat du secteur privé émergent dans l’enseignement supérieur. Ces quatre sujets sont particulièrement liés dans les pays en transition où l’ouverture au marché des établissements publics est forte, et dans lesquels les nouveaux établissements privés représentent une part importante des inscriptions d’étudiants.
