Abstract

Cet examen présente les Principales conclusions et recommandations du Comité d’aide au développement et le rapport du Secrétariat. Le texte en a été élaboré avec des représentants du Luxembourg et du Portugal, qui avaient été désignés examinateurs pour l’examen de l’aide du Danemark, tenu le 22 mai 2003. Les principales questions qui y sont abordées concernent la préservation de la place de premier plan occupée par le Danemark sur la scène de la coopération pour le développement, la poursuite du déliement de l’aide, le maintien du volume de l’APD danoise et d’un ciblage géographique et sectoriel obéissant à des considérations stratégiques, le renforcement des capacités mises par le Danemark au service de la cohérence des politiques, l’accroissement des pouvoirs dévolus aux missions locales et la recherche de moyens permettant de donner corps à une gestion axée sur les résultats.
