Abstract

The study presents empirical results of the dissertation “Bulgarian Virtual Labor Market and Transformation of Power”. Its researched whether and to what extent each of the participants in the labour market are included and participate in the virtual space, do they contribute to its formation or just use what so far has been created by others. The research problem was related to the distribution of power between the individual and collective actors involved in the virtual labour market. The study presents specific aspects of the functioning of the virtual labour market in Bulgaria and the transformation of power generated by the interpretatio and analysis of the empirical data from the research conducted by the author.
