The health system plays a primary role in modern society. It helps people maintain an active standard of living and improve their way of life. Hospital care occupies a central place in this system. Well-organized hospital care means maintaining a good material base, providing well-trained medical staff, and appropriate funding. Reliable information is needed to analyze these aspects of hospital care, based on which justified management decisions can be made.
