Handlungsbeschreibungen und Menschenbilder in der Soziologie: Auch ein Beitrag zur Auseinandersetzung mit dem Modell des Homo oeconomicus (Action Theories and Models of Men within Sociology. As Well a Contribution to the Discussion about Homo Oeconomicus)

Warum Handlungsbeschreibungen in Auseinandersetzungen zwischen Theorien und Disziplinen ein hohes Konfliktpotential bergen und welche Aufgabe und Form Handlungsbeschreibungen in soziologischen Erklaerungen haben, wird im Folgenden diskutiert. Dazu wird an die verstehend-erklaerende Soziologie Max Webers angeschlossen und argumentiert, dass die Beschreibung des menschlichen Handelns der Ausgangspunkt ist, um relevante Aspekte der Welt zu erschliessen und in ihrer handlungsleitenden Wirkung zu erfassen. Handlungsbeschreibungen sind daher weder als normative Idealbilder noch als vollstaendiges Abbild der Realitaet aufzufassen, sondern als mehr oder weniger abstrakte Beschreibungen des realen menschlichen Handelns, die mit Bezug auf soziale Kontexte zu spezifizieren sind.
