Abstract

Dabei kommt insbesondere den Unternehmen der Finanzindustrie eine herausragende Bedeutung zu: Finanzethik ist an erster Stelle Unternehmens- und Unternehmerethik.(Starting with the thesis that the task of every financial market is to present easily understandable information about the possibilities of investment, reasons for the necessity of ethics on the financial market are given inherent to the system. Its task is to achieve that the degree of reliability of the in-formation being produced in the financial market rises. Simultaneously the content of the information must change: They must reflect whether they are adequate to the standards of human rights und as-pects of sustainability. By that the global financial market can contribute to the globalization of the human rights.)
