Abstract

Der Beitrag beschreibt die Entwicklung organisatorischer Kompetenz. Fuer Unternehmen stellt sie eine Moeglichkeit dar, ihre Handlungs- und Wettbewerbsfaehigkeit auch in einer komplexen dynamischen Umwelt zu erhalten, indem sie ihnen ermoeglicht, sich jederzeit sowohl an neue Situationen anzupassen als auch ihr Umfeld aktiv in ihrem Sinne zu beeinflussen. Als Voraussetzungen fuer die Entwicklung organisatorischer Kompetenz werden der Ausbau der Organisation zur dynamischen Kernkompetenz sowie die Ausuebung eines nachhaltigen Managements ausfuehrlich eroertert.
