Guarantee Of Security Of Electronic Payments

Abstract

It is an overview of three variants for guarantee the security of electronic payments. The first is connected with the juridical law for electronic documents and electronic signature. The accent is upon the asymetric crypto-system, the private and public key. In a table are shown officialy registered suppliers of certificated services which are guarantees as third side during electronic payments. The following species of digital certificates are into list: Personal Sign, Hyper Sign 128, Object Sign. The second variant for guaranteeing the security of electronic payments is the protocols SSL(Secure Sockets Layer) and SET (Secure Electronik Transaktion). The third variant of electronic payments is connected with the usage of mobile cell phones. There is an examination of the system for mobile payments “SEP Bulgaria”.
