Abstract

The issue of building up of tourism Bachelor’s Degree Study plans in the higher education institutions is receiving a particular attention in the present few years. This is provoked, from one side, by the necessities of the tourism practice (tourism business), which more and more often states a lack of well-trained human resources in the field of tourism, and from the other side, by the reasonable intention of the higher education institutions to improve the quality of the education product. And not last of importance, comes the fact that every study plan, every major respectively, is a subject of an expert evaluation by an expert commission of the NAEA (National Agency for Evaluation and Accreditation).
