Abstract

Cultural and Cult Tourisms are inevitably among the most significant opportunities for touroperators’ activities in Bulgaria. The Balkan peninsula along with Eastern Medeternian region and the Egeian Archipelago are the areas, inot which the predecessors of the European cultural tradition were born. The employment realization of human resources in the touroperator companies has a wide basis for further development in modern Bulgaria. They, however, should be well aware of the cultural nad historic heritage of our country, as well as the European and World cultural heritage. They should constantly monitor the novelties in the Cultural tourism, the newly discovered sites for this type of tourism, they should search for opportunities for popularing and advertising of these very same sites, to be capable to direct in the best possible manner the attention of the Bulagrian and foreign tourists to these sites. All these rquire a very good training and affinity to the cultural heritage.
