Abstract

One of the most important aspects of the management professionalism is hiring of a good personnel. It is well known that servicing the clients is one of the basic factors of success in the fight against the competitors. And this means that people should learn form it. Learning should not remain a single act, but a process. Through learning a competence is beibg build up. It forms the sef-confidence of the future specialists in this particular sector of economy. In this regard,the purpose of the present paper is mark out new directions to education, which are to respond to the new challenges facing our countr as a prt of the big family if the European Union.
