The Study Plan For The Bachelor’S Educational And Qualification Degree – A Precondition For A Good Quality Training

Abstract

Quality of training should be understood as an achieved degree of adaptability and compliance of a certain educational process to the satisfaction of the needs for knowledges and skills required for the human resources in the field of tourism, and this should be in also in compliance with the vast and multilayer development of this economic sector. The study plan is the basic, “bearing” construction, wich forms the volume, the structure and the direction of the contents of the knowledges and skills which build up the a certain specialist (professionalist) in the educational system. The study plan determines how much and what theory (knowledges), how much and what practice (skills) should be transferred from the trainer to the trainees, so that a competent enough specialist to be formed, who will have the capabilities to implement, as well as to develop in a creative manner the acquired competences in response to the changing social and business environment.
