Abstract

Each country, participating in the tourism exchange, works intensively on the organization and modernization of the material basis, as well as on the training and continuous improvement of human resources in the sphere of tourism. New ideas and requirements concerning servicing of tourists are being adopted and quickly applied by tourism companies all over the world, and each innovation, each improvement of tourism activities is being implemented and approbated by the tourism personnel. Their readiness to apprehend what is seen as new, as well as to create it by themselves, is regarded as their inherent quality and ability. Everyone employed in the field of tourism should have a respective professional qualification and a certain, obligatory cultural level of politeness in order comply with the requirements of the modern tourism market.
