The Eu Funds And A Scheme Of Financial Control On Their Utilization

Abstract

The contents of this paper refer to the discussion of the basic levels of financial control regarding the implementation and utilization of the financial means from the European funds intended for Bulgaria. Discussed are also the specific procedures of the financial control and audit regarding the use and reporting on the financial means granted under operative programs, operations or projects from the funds of the European Union and the protection of the financial interest of the European Union.
