Les stratégies des exploitations agricoles et la multifonctionnalité de l’agriculture russe

Abstract

Cet article traite de la persistance d’une multifonctionnalité spécifique aux exploitations agricoles russes. Elle se traduit par le choix de certaines d’entre elles de fournir, gérer et financer des biens et services collectifs non marchands. à partir d’une étude de terrain menée dans la région d’Orel (Fédération de Russie), nous expliquons cette multifonctionnalité comme l’expression d’une stratégie issue d’un compromis institutionnalisé, portée par des agro-investisseurs-intégrateurs. Face à la concurrence d’autres acteurs de l’agroalimentaire, elle vise à obtenir des autorités publiques une régulation sectorielle et territoriale favorable.
