Abstract

What risks are associated with the low-carbon transition and how are they priced by financial markets? What policy actions are being taken by Belgium and the European Union to regulate green finance? And what can we learn about the supply and demand for green instruments from green bond issuances and holdings in Belgium and neighbouring countries?
