Abstract

Cryo-electron microscopy (cryo-EM) is one of the most powerful experimental methods for macromolecular structure determination. However, accurate DNA/RNA structure modeling from cryo-EM maps is still challenging especially for protein-DNA/RNA or multi-chain DNA/RNA complexes.
