Abstract

Las finanzas públicas adquieren gran importancia: su estudio científico y su forma de aplicación técnica constituyen un factor para la estabilidad y el crecimiento económico del país. En los últimos años ha tenido un cambio importante en la composición delos ingresos públicos, sobre todo en los municipios, puesto que su capacidad de recolección cayó a principios de los años 90 y se ha mantenido a la baja, a tal grado de llegar a depender de las participaciones federales, queponen en juego la autonomía estatal y municipal, sobre todo en estos últimos rayan ya en el extremo. El objetivo general es elaborar un análisis de la estructura, composición y comportamiento de las finanzas públicas de Quiroga del estado de Michoacán, en base a la información histórica de los ingresos y egresos, así poder dar un panorama sobre la dirección del desarrollo socio-económico del municipio a lo largo del tiempo
