Criterios de Evaluación de la Responsabilidad Social Empresarial de las Empresas que Licitan ante Entidades del Gobierno Nacional Colombiano

Abstract

Toda empresa que esté interesada en licitar ante entidades del gobierno nacional, tiene que cumplir con la ley colombiana N° 80 de 1993. Entre estos requisitos está la de cumplir con aspectos legales, precio y calidad, sin embargo estos requisitos deben ser más rigurosos si se les exige a estos licitantes, que cumplan con los criterios de Responsabilidad Social Empresarial (RSE), la cual es un compromiso permanente de las empresas u organizaciones para aumentar su competitividad mediante acciones concretas medibles que satisfagan los grupos de interés que son: sus miembros, el gobierno, la sociedad y la preservación del medio ambiente. El propósito de este trabajo es medir la RSE mediante una herramienta llamada DEA (data envelopment analysis, traducido al español: análisis envolvente de datos) que permita dar un valor numérico a cada uno de los componentes que conforman la RSE a cada una de las empresas que licitan ante una entidad del gobierno colombiano.
