Crisis por COVID-19 y movilidad humana: un análisis histórico-estructural

Abstract

El presente trabajo parte de la premisa de que los procesos de movilidad humana que se producen a la par del desarrollo del sistema capitalista presentan determinadas características que se adaptan a los distintos patrones de acumulación. Por lo tanto, el objetivo de este artículo es reflexionar sobre la conformación de un nuevo patrón de acumulación a raíz de la crisis por COVID-19 que, sin duda, conlleva una reconfiguración de los movimientos migratorios. Para tal efecto, el marco analítico adoptado articula patrones, procesos y políticas bajo un enfoque histórico-estructural.
