Extractivismo, banoptismo etno-criminal y nueva institucionalidad

Abstract

Este ensayo aborda uno de los problemas fundamentales que afectan al Estado chileno respecto de las demandas por territorialidad y autonomía del Pueblo Mapuche: la violencia derivada de la protección al modelo extractivista y monoexportador. Primero, abordaré la crisis social como una crisis de gubernamentalidad, con el objeto de comprender la función estratégica del neoliberalismo en el proceso de reforma constitucional. Luego, revisaré los dispositivos de vigilancia y etnocriminalización que perviven en postdictadura. Y finalmente, intentaré problematizar la legitimidad del proceso constitucional impuesto por el régimen autoritario de Sebastián Piñera, y de cómo ha devenido en Asamblea Constituyente y en un cuestionamiento radical al modelo extractivista.
