Abstract

Göç ve Çocuk konusuna ayırmış olduğumuz bu sayımıza katkıda bulunan tüm yazar ve hakemlerimize özellikle teşekkür ederek başlamalıyız. Bugün sığınmacı ve göçmenlerin neredeyse yüzde 70’i kadın ve çocuklardan oluşmaktadır. Çocuklar göçmenler arasında da yeni ve önemli bir grup olarak karşımızdadır. 2000’lerden itibaren göçmen çocuklar konusu göç tartışmalarının içerisine girmiştir. Göçmen çocuk konusu ulusal çocuk politikası ve göç politikasının kesiştiği bir noktada ciddi ele alınmak durumundadır. Göç konusu irdelenirken çocuklar sayısal üstünlüklerinden ve korunmaya muhtaç durumlarından dolayı özel olarak ele alınmalıdır.
