Abstract

Romániában a regionális fejlesztéspolitika, szinte kizárólag a strukturális és kohéziós alapok elköltésének kapcsán van jelen a közvitákban. Újságírók, politikusok, szakértők próbálkoznak az ok-okozati összefüggések, többé-kevésbé koherens módon való megvilágításával. Jelen tanulmány is ezt a tematikát igyekszik, tudományos igényességgel, körbejárni: történeti perspektívába ágyazva a romániai regionalizálás folyamatát, a jelenlegi programozási időszak útvesztői-, rendellenességeinek gyökereit, illetve kiigazítási lehetőségeit vizsgálja.
