Az Európa 2020 gazdaság növekedési stratégia megvalósításának esélyei az Északmagyarországi régióban

Abstract

Az Európai Bizottság 2010. március elején terjesztette elő az Európa 2020 stratégiát, amelynek célja a vál-ságból való kilábalás és az európai gazdaság felkészítése a következő évtizedre. Az Észak-magyarországi régió foglalkoztatási válságát növelte a 2008 utáni gazdasági növekedés visszaesése. Ebből a helyzetből kell a régiónak adaptálnia az Európa 2020 program megvalósításához szükséges, vállalt nemzeti célokat. A következőkben az innovációs teljesítményhez szorosan kapcsolódó humán erőforrást és annak feltételrend-szerét elemzem, a nemzeti szinten célként meghatározott értékek tükrében. Hangsúlyozva, hogy országos szinten kell elfogadni, azokat a prioritásokat, amelyek segítik a regionális gazdaság fejlődését. Az Észak-magyarországi régióban a barnamezős területek új növekedési pályára állításának egyik lehetséges módja lehet egy felülről vezérelt innováción alapuló intézményrendszer kialakítása, a humán erőforrás hátterének javítása és a hosszú távú finanszírozás megalapozása.
