Vállalkozói siker és a társadalmi tőke

Abstract

A dolgozat a szociológia által leírt társadalmi tőke, és a vállalkozások kapcsolatát, a társadalmi tőke vállalkozói sikerre gyakorolt hatását vizsgálja. A tanulmány a vállalkozói világ ezen aspektusának jobb megismerése céljából készült. A témakör mélyebb összefüggéseinek megértéséhez szükséges ismeretanyag lényegre törő leírása olvasható. Mindezt a környezeti helyzet bemutatása követi a következő fejezetben, ahol olyan kérdésekre kapunk választ, mint: „Milyen tényezők hatnak a vállalkozói szférára ma Magyarországon? Milyen irányba mutatnak a tendenciák?”. Végül a primer kutatás eredményei kerülnek bemutatásra. Itt már gyakorlati oldalról közelíti a szerző a vizsgált témakört, így olyan további kérdésekre kapunk választ, mint: „Mennyire szükséges a társadalmi tőke a vállalkozás sikerességéhez? Minden vállalkozás számára ugyanolyan fontosságú-e a társadalmi tőke?”.
