A szakképzés válsága? : Adalékok az Észak-magyarországi régióban tanuló diákok véleménye alapján

Abstract

A szakképzés versenyképesebbé tétele stratégiai jelentőségű feladat. Színvonala és dinamikája megalapozhatja adott térség gazdaság fejlődését, teljesítményét. A hazai szakképzés rendszere az elmúlt években jelentős változásokon ment át. Ennek ellenére a munkaerő utánpótlás sem minőségileg, sem mennyiségileg nem alkalmazkodik a kereslethez, a gazdasági elvárásokhoz. A képzés változatlanul rugalmatlan, alacsony az alkalmazkodó képesség; a gyakorlati képzés követelményrendszere nem éri el a modern technológiával rendelkező cégek igényeit. Az át-alakulás alapvető feltétele, hogy az iskolák, képzési formák, az elméleti és gyakorlati képzés aránya és színvonala a gazdasági igényekhez jobban igazodjon (Kocziszky, 2007).
