Társadalmi innovációs szintek jellemzőinek és gyakorlati megvalósulásának vizsgálata

Abstract

A társadalmi innováció napjainkban az élet minden területén jelen vannak (pl.: fair trade, hospice, távoktatás stb.). Az elmúlt két évtizedben megszámlálhatatlan társadalmi innováció magánszemélyeknek, szervezeteknek, alapítványoknak vagy éppen tágabb területen létrejövő mozgalmaknak köszönhetőek. Azon kihívások megoldásában való részvétel, melyek a társadalom meghatározott rétegeit érintik, aligha lehetséges a társadalmi innovációban való szélesebb körű részvétel nélkül. Ehhez szükséges azon jellemzők fejlesztése, melyek elengedhetetlen eszközei a társadalmi innováció megvalósításának, és ezen keresztül a társadalmi tanulás internalizációs folyamatának. A cikk a társadalmi innováció folyamatorientált megközelítésén keresztül mutatja be a szemlélet adaptálásának szükségességét, előtérbe helyezve az eltérő megvalósítási szinten lévő társadalmi innovációs jellemzők bemutatását, valamint konkrét esetpéldákkal világít rá a különböző szinten megvalósuló gyakorlatok támogatásának szükségességére.
