Elmaradottság dimenziói vállalati aspektusból – különös tekintettel a családi vállalkozások pénzügyi fenntarthatóságára

Abstract

A tanulmány a két periférikus Nógrád megyei járás vállalkozásait vizsgálja rendhagyó aspektusból, mégpedig város - vidék relációban. A kutatás módszereként csődmodellel teszteljük a vállalkozás folytatásának elvének érvényesülését a Balassagyarmati és Szécsényi járásban működő aktív cégek között. A modellvizsgálat célja nem a cégek várható bedőlé-lésének prognosztizálása, hanem annak elemzése, milyen pénzügyi fenntarthatóságú vállalkozások működnek a két járásban. A kutatás újszerű, nem várt eredményt hozott, úgy találtuk, hogy a vidéki településeken működő cégek fenntarthatósága nagyobb, mint a hasonló, de városokban működő cégeké. Ennek magyarázata lehet a (zömében családi) vál-lalkozások eltérő irányítási módja, valamint a pénzügyekkel kapcsolatos attitűdje.
