Abstract

Jelen cikk elsődleges célja bemutatni, hogy az utóbbi évtizedben kibontakozó fejlesztéspolitikai döntések és a közösségi finanszírozásból megvalósuló társadalomformáló, emberi erőforrásokat fejlesztő, lokálisan célzott programok hogyan viszonyulnak a fejlesztő szociológiai által elfogadott általános alapelvekhez. A 2018-ban elénk táruló kép nem vidám, s az egyes hatások eredőjeként komoly kihívásokat vízionálhatunk a következő évtizedre.
