A település-állomány jólléti pozíciójának mintázatai és azok változása 1990-2016

Abstract

A tanulmány egy komplex, a települési és társadalmi jóllét fő dimenzióit sűrítő index segítségével ad képet a rendszerváltozást követő térbeli-társadalmi változásokról. Az elemzés nem mutatott ki nagy területi átrendeződéseket ám néhány jelentős elmozdulást azonosított, melyek közül a dél-dunántúli régió hanyatlása és az Alföld egyes térségeinek javuló pozíciója emelhető ki. Utóbbi mögött azonban jelentős részben a közfoglalkoztatás áll, a kimenetele bizonytalan. A rendelkezésre álló fejlesztési források a nagyobb lélekszámú településeket kedvezményezték, a hátrányos helyzetű települések, térségek felzárkóztatására e források a 2007 – 2017-es időszakban nem bizonyultak elégségesnek. Összességében azt a következtetést vonhatjuk le, hogy alapvetően a természeti és gazdaságföldrajzi adottságok, mindenekelőtt a városi munkaerőpiacok elérhetősége határozza meg a területi egyenlőtlenségek mintázatait és mértékét.
