Coaching a társadalom és a gazdaság szolgálatában

Abstract

A cikk a coaching társadalomban betöltött szerepének, lehetőségeinek, a gazdaság értékteremtő funkciójának bemutatására törekszik. Vázolja a coaching társadalmunkban betöltött helyét, a rokon tudományok között elfoglalt szerepét, rávilágít a benne rejlő komparatív értékeire és gyakorlati alkalmazhatóságára. Kitér napjaink tendenciáira, vizsgálja a jövő potenciális lehetőségeit, szem előtt tartva a coaching-folyamatokban rejlő társadalmi és gazdasági erőt, melyet ezen a szinten is képes megjeleníteni. Végül ismertet egy javaslatot, ami a coaching kiterjesztését társadalmi szintre emeli.
