Társadalmi vállalkozások az emberközpontúság kontextusában

Abstract

Jelen tanulmány az emberközpontú gazdaság nézőpontjából mutatja be a társadalmi vállalkozások magyarországi jellemzőit. Egyrészt elemezzük a társadalmi vállalkozások alapítási motivációit, a küldetésüket, célcsoportjaikat, valamint az általuk elért társadalmi hatásokat. Ez alapján igazoljuk, hogy a társadalmi vállalkozások, illetve azok Magyarországon kialakult formációi és szektorjellemzői számos szempontból beleillenek az emberközpontú gazdaság koncepciójába. A tanulmány másik fő kérdése az emberi tényező kulcsfontosságú szerepének bemutatása a társadalmi vállalkozások sikeres működése szempontjából. Ez utóbbi kérdést az emberi erőforrások valamint a társadalmi hozzáállás oldaláról közelítjük meg. A tanulmány célja rámutatni, hogy a társadalmi vállalkozói szféra valódi részese lehet egy emberközpontú gazdaságnak.
