Beágyazott dilemma: A munkaerő-piaci integrációt segítő társadalmi vállalko-zások hibrid jellegének vizsgálata

Abstract

A társadalmi vállalkozások fogalma, potenciális szociálpolitikai és gazdasági szerepe tudomá-nyos és szakpolitikai viták tárgya. Miközben sok helyen a jóléti rendszer működésének megújítását, a gazdasági és társadalmi célok egyfajta kompromisszumát látják benne, jelen tanulmány inkább egyik speciális típusának, a munkaerő-piaci integrációt segítő társadalmi vállalkozások konfliktusos jellegének elemzésével foglalkozik. A kettős optimalizálás nem csak a társadalmi és gazdasági dimenzió egymás mellé rendelése, hanem a szervezeti működés során a célok torzulásának és az érintettek konfliktusának forrása is, amely adott esetben a társadalmi vállalkozások fenntarthatóságát, társadalmi és gazdasági céljainak elérését veszélyezteti
