Abstract

A közpénzek felhasználásának ellenőrzési gyakorlata paradigmaváltáson megy át, a hatósági szemléletet az ellenőrzöttet segítő, támogató jó kormányzat, jó kormányzás elve váltja fel.Kérdés, hogy melyek ennek a modellnek a jellemzői, ill. az új elvek hogyan ültethetők át a hazai gyakorlatba?Az Állami Számvevőszék közelmúltban indított „A jó kormányzás építőkövei” sorozata ezekre a kérdésekre ad az elméleti és gyakorlati oldaláról választ.
