Regionális hálózati együttműködés, mint a köznevelési intézményi innovációmenedzsment és tudásmegosztás egyik módszere

Abstract

A viszonylag gyorsan változó társadalmi-gazdasági erőtérben jelentős versenyelőnyt jelent a változásokhoz alkalmazkodni tudás gradiense, valamint az, hogy a gazdaság tercier, vagy kvaterner ágazatának szereplői milyen hozzáadott értékkel képesek hozzájárulni a gazdaság fejlődéséhez. A harmadlagos gazdasági szektorhoz tartozónak tekintve a köznevelési intézményrendszert, ilyen összefüggésben értelmezhető a „piacképes tudás” fogalma, mint a változó társadalmi-gazdasági erőtérhez hatékonyan alkalmazkodni tudó köznevelési intézményrendszer válasza. A szerző a református közoktatási intézmények hálózati együttműködésének rendszerváltást követő időszakot, főbb jellemzőit elemzi tanulmányában.
